First is rafting. Take a note that rafting in Bali is a little bit expensive, especially if you are in a low budget. You need at least IDR 1.000.000,00 per person. However, it is worth to try. While doing rafting in the river, you can enjoy the views of tropical forests and rice fields-terraces. Mostly the location is in Ubud, Gianyar. There are some other outdoor activities you can also try in this area, like riding ATV, or dirt bike.

Second is surfing. Do not forget that Bali is well known for the best surfing spot in the world. The beautiful and charming beaches of Bali are an iconic destination for beginner and professional surfers. To rent a surfboard, you must pay around IDR 80.000,00 – IDR 200.000,00 in 1 day. The best time to surf is from October to April. In this period, there is a perfect combination of coastal winds, weather and warm sea water.

Are you a fan of hiking? Then the third one is hiking the mountain. Hike Bali’s most active volcano at night and reach the summit in time to catch the sunrise. It’s a magnificent view from above the clouds. At Mount Batur, Kintamani, you can enjoy the ancient and traditional Balinese scenery. The weather is nice and cool.

For you who likes to climb the tree, there is Treetop Adventure in Bedugul area. This is a fun activity set in an open-air environment for group and family. All circuit platforms are held in place using an innovative compression system to protect trees from any damage. Remember to always listen to the instructor! And do some warming up before you start, so you won’t get cramp, while climbing or after climbing. The price is a bit expensive so, prepare your budget!

After the beach, the river, the rice fields, the trees, what else you will get? It’s a waterfall! Bali has many beautiful waterfalls which not so many people know about it. The best one is Sekumpul, located in Singaraja, North Bali. It is better to ride a bike than a car. Because the road to get there is not too good, very small, and sometimes you should climb. There are many stairs also. It is very natural and often said as the hidden paradise. You will see a nice view, and get a nice fresh air. There are not so many people go there, so it is very calm and quiet. You can only hear sound of the water, the birds, the grass and the trees… The sound of nature.
