The Marvel Cinematic Universe, as it’s called, has weaved together an intricate universe of characters and stories.

The incredible thing about it all is that it works. The plot, the storyline, the special effects, and even the script with a little touch of marvel’s hilarious joke flows together seamlessly to create a universe that’s incredibly pleasing for both fans, and non-fans, of these famous comic book characters.

It is no doubt that Marvel’s film has become a box office champion. Even their latest movie, “Infinity War” did a tremendously record for the fastest in reaching 1 billion USD within the first week!.

But what exactly makes them get high rated viewers?

It has been popular that all Marvel’s film has a connection to each other. From the Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, and even Spiderman, has somewhat a bridge to their upcoming movie.

So, apart from the cool special effects, good storyline and nice script, Marvel’s is success to make their series to be worth to watch and somehow leaving us with a little question mark, that makes us want to know more and finally follows all the series, exactly shows in what they did on making the famous After-credit scene on each of their films.

In the beginning Marvel took us to Imagine if you have an AI assistant like Jarvis’s Iron-Man who you could call every time you need a help… then how about having a cool yet super-strength body like Captain America… Or imagine if you could climb the wall and shoot a spider-web, swinging over the city like Spiderman… Well, Marvel’s Superhero movies are surely like no other.

All in all, Marvel’s in fact had a big timeline for their MCU franchise. The reason why they are not making it in conventional order is likely to be their secret recipe. So, perhaps if you’re not a continuity junkie, timelines in the Marvel’s movie can be more than a little confusing.

Moreover, if you don’t know yet about Tesseract or even Asgardian…

So, to either help you fill in the gaps before “Avengers: Infinity War” or to just watch all the shows for fun, or even merely to impress your girlfriend, we’ve created a simple Marvel’s timeline in the perfect order, include a brief synopsis.

Note that this is not based on the release date, but based on the storyline order. So, without any further due, here it is.

Captain America: The First Avenger
A Super-soldier was born. Set predominantly during the World War II, a little guy from Brooklyn, Steve Rogers, transformed into a super-soldier Captain America to defeat the Red Skull, who intends to use an artefact called “Tesseract” as his power to dominate the world.

Iron Man (I)
A genius billionaire engineer, Tony Stark, being held captive by the terrorist in Afghanistan. There, he created a unique weaponized suit of armour to escape, and eventually fight the evil.

The Incredible Hulk
After his research in gamma radiation, a scientist named Bruce Banner turns into a green monster whenever he loses his temper. He must find the cure while he’s on the run from the U.S. Government.

Iron Man (II)
The world finally knows Tony Stark as an Iron-Man, and now he must contend with both his declining health and a vengeful mad man with ties to his father’s legacy.

Thor
The powerful demi-God prince who is soon to be King, is cast out of his world, Asgard, to live amongst humans in Midgard (Earth). Soon, he learns to become one of their finest defenders.

The Avengers
A team consist of Earth’s mightiest heroes fight together to stop the mischievous Loki, and his alien army from destroying the earth and humanity.

Iron Man (III)
When Tony Stark world is torn apart by a formidable terrorist called the Mandarin, he starts an odyssey of rebuilding and retribution.

Thor: The Dark World
Thor come to save the earth from the cosmic event known as the Convergence and the genocidal Dark Elves, when Dr Jane Foster gets cursed with a powerful entity, the Aether.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier
A deadly assassin known as Winter Soldier, threat the world with his mysterious manoeuvre. Steve Rogers must stop him, together with a fellow Avenger and S.H.I.E.L.D agent, Black Widow.

Guardians of the Galaxy
A group of intergalactic criminals are forced to work together to stop a fanatical warrior from taking control of the universe.

Guardians of the Galaxy (II)

A band of space warrior, Guardians of the Galaxy, must fight to keep their newfound family together as they reveal the mystery of Peter Quill’s true ancestry.

Avengers: Age of Ultron
A dormant peacekeeping program called Ultron, made by the genius billionaire engineer and his fellow team mate, the scientist Bruce Banner, turns into a deadly machine and the Earth’s mightiest heroes must stop him from destroying the world.

Ant-Man
Armed with a super-suit with the unique ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, a young man Scott Lang becomes The Ant-Man to stop a heist that will save the world.

Black Panther
King T’Challa is threatened by a vengeful outsider who was a childhood victim of King T’Challa’s fathers’s mistake. He must stop him from a coup d’état which ruining his throne in Wakanda, an isolated yet technologically advanced African Nation.

Doctor Strange
An arrogant yet skilful neurosurgeon is losing his ability by cause of an accident. Then he learns to use the mystic arts while on a journey of physical and spiritual healing.

Spiderman: Homecoming
Tells the story of a young high school student, Peter Parker with his superhero alter-ego Spiderman, and find himself on a path of saving New York City from the villains.

Thor: Ragnarok
Thor is imprisoned on the planet Sakaar, and must race against time to return to Asgard, and stop Ragnarok, the destruction of his world, which is at the hands of his sister, the powerful and ruthless Hela.

Ant-Man & The Wasp
Dr Hank Pym present a new mission to Scott Lang as an Ant-Man that finds him to fight alongside his new partner, The Wasp.

Avengers: Infinity War
The Avengers as the mightiest warrior on earth converge their strength to defeat Thanos, the powerful villain who is craving to conquer the universe by collecting the infinity stones.
